SPACE stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions and is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems.
Who is SPACE for?
SPACE aims to treat children and adolescents with anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Although children do not attend SPACE group sessions - When SPACE treatment is successful children feel less anxious and function better.
Some of the main anxiety-related problems treated with SPACE:Separation anxiety
Social anxiety
Generalized anxiety
Fears and phobias
Panic disorder and Agoraphobia
Selective mutism
Obsessive-compulsive disorder
Picky Eating (ARFID)
Who participates in treatment?
Parents (and other caregivers) participate in SPACE treatment sessions. In most cases, the child or adolescent does not need to attend the treatment sessions.

This course combines art and yoga, experiential activities, and community support to help you transform your relationship with your body, your mind, and yourself.
Part 1: 6-week Self-Esteem Group
Part 2: 6-week Disorder Group

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is the first yoga-based empirically validated, intervention for complex trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Unlike many public yoga classes, TCTSY does not use any physical hands-on adjustments, rather it presents opportunities for participants to be in charge of themselves based on a felt sense of their own body. TCTSY is based on the body’s choice and wisdom. It is held in person and in small groups. It can also be part of individual sessions with Michelle McElroy.
Groups will run for 8 weeks.
1.25 hours a week.

Eat Breathe Thrive:
Yoga for Eating Disorders

Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery is designed for anyone aged 16+ who is in active recovery from an eating disorder. During the course, you will meet with others on the recovery journey and explore principles and practices to support your personal recovery.
4-week group
2 hours per session
Location: Online/virtual
Dates: May 9th to 30th, 2024
Time: 4 PM-6 PM PST
