Group Sessions + Workshops

At Creative Horizons Counselling, our groups and workshops offer supportive spaces where people can learn, heal, and grow alongside others. These shared experiences provide opportunities for connection, reflection, and skill-building in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.

Through thoughtfully designed programs that incorporate mindfulness, expressive arts, yoga, and experiential activities, participants can explore personal growth while benefiting from the strength and encouragement of community.

Group Sessions & Workshops formats can vary—depending on learning outcomes.

We provide evidence-based care to serve communities throughout Victoria, BC, Westshore, and surrounding regions, offering a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s goals and circumstances.

Designed for caregivers of children experiencing anxiety, fears, or OCD, this program equips you with tools to respond calmly and effectively, without increasing stress for you or your child.

In this 6-week program, you will:

    • Better understand your child’s anxiety and your role in supporting them

    • Learn practical, proven strategies to respond with confidence

    • Connect with other parents on a similar journey

    • Create meaningful change without requiring your child to attend therapy
